Sail equipped kayaks offer options. Choices. We're able negotiate wind and water and to be at one with both. Easels can be sealed inside forward cockpits of tandem kayaks.
I don't know about sealing my easel, but I do have a plan on where to keep it and any potential paintings safe and dry. But life with a baby and still not possessing the sailing skills, makes for more obstacles.

I used to have a jointer, I would like to have one again, for now I use my planer and a hand held jointer
